Optional accounts store your name, email, sign-in sessions, and a password hash if you use email/password. Google sign-in provides your basic profile, email, and account identifier; provider credentials are stored server-side to manage authentication. Verification and password-reset emails are delivered through Resend when configured. Saved websites and their check history remain until removed; removing a saved website deletes its saved checks. Account deletion can be requested by email. Customer sign-in uses a separate session cookie.

Website checks inspect public responses for PHP signals, HTTPS, selected security headers, a response-header timing observation, and basic static page markup such as image/script counts and metadata presence. We remove query strings before making requests. When storage is connected, check results are linked to an anonymous browser cookie.

Starting a chat requires your agreement to save it. Messages are sent to our chat service providers to generate replies and stored for our review. Please don’t send passwords, credentials, or confidential information.

Chats and checks expire after 30 days and are removed by daily cleanup. You can delete this browser’s chat and check history using “Delete chat & checks” in the chat panel.

If you request follow-up, we save your email, message, and any linked conversation for handling your enquiry. When notifications are enabled, your contact details and enquiry are also sent to our private Telegram chat so we can respond. Contact details, quotes, and orders are kept separately as business records; deleting chat does not delete those records. Email us to request their deletion.

We use anonymous visitor and owner sign-in cookies. There are no advertising cookies. We store temporary, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.
